A. I doubt whether Dre won a MOBO award for saying the 'N' word, but society has to understand that cultural groups are not generally offended by each other. For example, a group of deaf people would be more likely to be offended by a non deaf person if a derogatory remark was made as opposed to a deaf person making the same derogatory remark.
